The AVX automotive MLCC series are nickel (Ni) and tin (Sn) plated multilayer ceramic chip capacitors with NP0 dielectric material. The capacitance value ranges from 10pF to 10nF.

  • EIA 0603, 0805, 1206, 1210, 1812 case sizes available
  • Rated voltage of 25VDC, 50VDC, 100VDC, 200VDC and 500VDC
  • ±1%, ±2%, ±5%, ±10% and ±20% tolerance
  • Operating temperature range from -55°C to 125°C
