Product Overview

The 2015-104 is a Thermal Pad with silicone elastomer, 4kV breakdown voltage and 0.508mm thickness. This pad features higher performance, high reliability insulator, 0.33°C-in²/W (at 50PSI) thermal impedance, optimal heat transfer, 3.5W/m-K high thermal conductivity. Silicone elastomer formulated to maximize the thermal and dielectric performance of the filler/binder matrix.
