Product Overview

The DDZ9678-7 is a surface mount low current Zener Diode with matte tin annealed over alloy 42 lead frame terminals, UL94V-0 flame-rated moulded plastic case and cathode band terminal connections. Specified at a low test current (50µA), ideal for low bias and portable battery-powered applications. Ideally suited for automated assembly processes.
  • 0.9V at 10mA Forward voltage
  • 7.5µA at 1V Maximum reverse leakage current
  • 305°C/W Junction to ambient air thermal resistance
  • Level-1 per J-STD-020 moisture sensitivity
  • Halogen-free
