Product Overview

The DA-T263-101E is a 12.7 x 25.91 x 10.16mm Heat Sink made of aluminium with black anodized finish. This series heat sink provides an innovative solution for SMD compatible semiconductors and resistors. The unique design combines tin plated, solderable rods with an aluminium extruded heat sink body. The rods (or "rollers") are mated mechanically to the heat sink by forging to reduce the thermal resistance between the heat sink body and the solderable feet. This heat sink is specifically designed for use with TO-263 device.
