The MMSZ5252BT1G is a surface mount Voltage Regulator Zener Diode with void free transfer-moulded thermosetting plastic case. This device provides a convenient alternative to the leadless 34-package style. Zener voltage in this diode specified with device junction in thermal equilibrium. It is designed for optimal automated board assembly.
