Product Overview

The SN74HC02D is a quadruple 2-input positive-NOR Gate contains four independent circuits. This device perform the Boolean function Y = (A + B)\ or Y = A\ • B\ in positive logic.
  • ±4mA Output drive at 5V
  • 8ns Propagation delay (tPD)
  • ±4mA Output drive at 5V
  • 1µA Maximum low input current
  • Outputs can drive up to 10 LSTTL loads
  • 20µA Maximum ICC low power consumption
  • Green product and no Sb/Br
