                      Product Overview

                      AD627 is an integrated, micropower instrumentation amplifier that delivers rail-to-rail output swing on single and dual (+2.2 V to ±18 V) supplies. This provides excellent AC and DC specifications while operating at only 85μA maximum. It offers superior flexibility by allowing the user to set the gain of the device with a single external resistor while conforming to the industry-standard pinout configuration. A wide supply voltage range and micropower current consumption make the AD627 a perfect fit for a wide range of applications. Single-supply operation, low power consumption, and rail-to-rail output swing make the AD627 ideal for battery-powered applications. Applications include 4mA to 20mA loop-powered applications, low power medical instrumentation—ECG, EEG, transducer interfacing, thermocouple amplifiers, industrial process controls, low power data acquisition, portable battery-powered instruments.

                      • 125μV maximum input offset voltage
                      • 10nA maximum input bias current (typical at 25°C single supply, VS = 3V and 5V)
                      • 38nV/√Hz typical input, voltage noise (typical at 25°C single supply, VS = 3V and 5V)
                      • 8-lead plastic dual in-line package (PDIP), operating temperature range from -40°C to +85°C
