Product Overview
STM32WL55JCI7 is a multiprotocol LPWAN Sub-GHz wireless microcontroller with dual-core 32bit Arm® Cortex®-M4/M0+ LoRa®, (G)FSK, (G)MSK, BPSK, upto 256Kb flash, 64Kb SRAM. It is a long-range wireless and ultra-low-power device that embeds a powerful and ultra-low-power LPWAN-compliant radio solution, enabling the following modulations: LoRa®, (G)FSK, (G)MSK, and BPSK. This device is designed to be extremely low-power and is based on the high-performance Arm® Cortex®-M4 32bit RISC core operating at a frequency of upto 48MHz. This core implements a full set of DSP instructions. It is complemented by an Arm® Cortex®-M0+ microcontroller. Both cores implement an independent memory protection unit (MPU) that enhances the application's security. This device embeds high-speed memories (256-Kbyte flash memory, 64-Kbyte SRAM), and an extensive range of enhanced I/Os and peripherals.

- Hardware encryption AES 256-bit, true random number generator (RNG), 96-bit unique die identifier
- High-efficiency embedded SMPS step-down converter, SMPS to LDO smart switch
- TCXO support: programmable supply voltage, PLL for CPU, ADC and audio clocks
- 64Kbyte RAM, 20x32bit backup register, OTA (over-the-air) firmware update capable
- 1x 32bit 4-channel timer, 3x 16bit ultra-low-power timer, 1x independent SysTick
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to 105°C, UFBGA package
