The SN74LVC1G3157DCKR is a single-pole double-throw (SPDT) Analogue Switch designed for 1.65 to 5.5V VCC operation. This device can handle both analogue and digital signals. This device permits signals with amplitudes of up to VCC (peak) to be transmitted in either direction.
- Useful for both analogue and digital applications
- Specified break-before-make switching
- Rail-to-rail signal handling
- Operating frequency up to 300mhz
- High degree of linearity
- High speed, typically 0.5ns (vcc = 3v, cl = 50pf)
- Low on-state resistance, typically ≠6ω (vcc = 4.5v)
- Latch-up performance exceeds 100mA per JESD 78, class II
- Green product and no Sb/Br
