Product Overview
TCR2EN28,LF(SE is a TCR2EN series CMOS general-purpose single-output voltage regulator with an on/off control input, featuring low dropout voltage, low quiescent bias current and fast load transient response. This features overcurrent protection and an auto-discharge function. As small ceramic input and output capacitors can be used with the device is ideal for portable applications that require high-density board assembly such as cellular phones.
- 2.8V typical output voltage
- Fast load transient response (⊿VOUT = ±55mV (typ.) at IOUT = 1mA ⇔ 150mA, COUT =1.0µF)
- Typical dropout voltage of 160mV ((IOUT = 150 mA, CIN = 0.1µF, COUT = 1.0µF, Tj = 25°C)
- High ripple rejection, output current IOUT of 200mA
- Stand-by current is 0.1µA typical (VCT = 0µV, VIN = VOUT + 1V, Tj = 25°C)
- High VOUT accuracy of ±1.0% (1.8V ≤ VOUT), low quiescent bias current (IB = 35µA (typ.) at IOUT = 0mA)
- Pull down connection between CONTROL and GND
- Ceramic capacitors can be used (CIN = 0.1µF, COUT =1.0µF)
- Input voltage range from 1.5 to 5.5V (IOUT = 1mA, Tj = 25°C)
- SDFN EP package, operating temperature range from -40 to 85°C
