Product Overview
ADR425 is an ultraprecision low noise voltage reference. This is a second generation extra implanted junction FET (XFET) voltage reference featuring low noise, high accuracy, and excellent long-term stability. It has a patented temperature drift curvature correction technique and XFET technology which minimizes the nonlinearity of the voltage change with temperature. The XFET architecture offers superior accuracy and thermal hysteresis to the band gap references. This voltage reference is widely used in application such as precision data acquisition systems, high resolution converters, battery-powered instrumentation, portable medical instruments, industrial process control systems, precision instruments, optical network control circuits etc.
- Low noise is 0.1Hz to 10Hz (at 3.4µV p-p)
- Operating temperature range is −40°C to +125°C
- Long-term stability is 50ppm/1000 hours
- Load regulation is 70ppm/mA
- Line regulation is 35ppm/V
- Low hysteresis is 40ppm typical
- Operating voltage range is 7V to 18V
- Output voltage range is 5.00V, initial accuracy is 0.12% (at 6mV)
- Temperature coefficient is 10ppm/°C
- Package style is 8-lead SOIC-N
