Product Overview
The DAC8871SBPW is a 1-channel 16-bit serial input voltage output Digital-to-analog Converter (DAC) provides excellent linearity, low noise and fast settling over the specified temperature range of -40 to 105°C. The output range is determined by the reference voltage, VREFH and VREFL. By properly selecting the reference, the output can be unipolar or bipolar and up to ±18V. The output is un-buffered, which reduces the power consumption and the error introduced by the buffer. This device features a standard high-speed clock and a 3 or 5V SPI serial interface to communicate with the DSP or microprocessors. For optimum performance, a set of Kelvin connections to external reference are provided.
