Product Overview
TCR3DM33,RF(SE is a TCR3DM series CMOS general-purpose single-output voltage regulator with an on/off control input, featuring low dropout voltage, low output noise voltage and low inrush current. It features overcurrent protection, overtemperature protection, inrush current protection circuit and auto-discharge function. As small ceramic input and output capacitors can be used with the device, it is ideal for portable applications that require high-density board assembly such as cellular phones.
- 3.3V output voltage
- Low output noise voltage, high ripple rejection
- Fast load transient response (ΔVOUT = ±80mV (typ.) at IOUT = 1mA to 300mA, COUT =1.0μF)
- Typical dropout voltage of 180mV (IOUT = 300mA, CIN = 1.0μF, COUT = 1.0μF, Tj = 25°C)
- Pull down connection between CONTROL and GND
- Ceramic capacitors can be used (CIN = 1.0μF, COUT =1.0μF)
- Input voltage range from 1.75 to 5.5V (IOUT = 300mA, VIN = VOUT + 1V, Tj = 25°C)
- Output current IOUT of 300mA
- Stand-by current is 0.1µA typical (VCT = 0V, VIN = VOUT + 1V, Tj = 25°C)
- DFN-EP package, operating temperature range from -40 to 85°C
