The VS-T70HF40 is a standard recovery Power Rectifier Diode with electrically isolated base plate. The semiconductors are electrically isolated from the metal base, allowing common heat sink and compact assembly to be built. Simplified mechanical designs, rapid assembly. Designed and qualified for industrial level.
