Product Overview
5962-89710013X is a CMOS latched 16 channel analogue multiplexer. On-chip latches facilitate microprocessor interfacing. It switches one of 16 inputs to a common output depending on the state of four binary addresses and an enable input. This device has TTL and 5V CMOS logic compatible digital inputs. It is designed on an enhanced LC2 MOS process which gives an increased signal capability of VSS to VDD and enables operation over a wide range of supply voltages. The devices can comfortably operate anywhere in the 10.8V to 16.5V single or dual supply range. This multiplexer also features high switching speeds and low RON.
