AD8022ARMZ

AD8022 is a dual, high speed, low noise opamp. This dual amplifier provide wideband, low distortion performance, with high output current optimized for stability when driving capacitive loads. Manufactured on ADI’s high voltage generation of XFCB bipolar process, this device operates on a wide range of supply voltages. In an xDSL line interface circuit, the device opamp can be configured as the differential receiver from the line transformer or as independent active filters. It is widely used in application such as receiver for ADSL, VDSL, HDSL, and proprietary xDSL systems, low noise instrumentation front end, ultrasound preamps, active filters, 16-bit ADC buffers etc.

• Quiescent current is 4mA/Amp typ
• Voltage noise is 2.5nV/√Hz typ at 100kHz
• Current noise is 1.2pA/√Hz typ, operating voltage range is +4.5V to ±13V
• Multitone input power ratio is −66dBc typ at (144kHz to 1.1MHz)
• −3dB bandwidth is 130MHz typ at (VOUT = 50mV p-p)
• Settling time to 0.1% is 68ns typ at (VOUT = 2V p-p)
• Slew rate is 50V/μs typ at (VOUT = 2V p-p, G = +2)
• Low offset voltage is 1.5mV typ
• Operating temperature is −40°C to +85°C
• Packaging style is 8-lead MSOP
