Product Overview
ADA4530-1 is a femto ampere(10¯15 A) level input bias current operational amplifier suitable for use as an electrometer that also includes an integrated guard buffer. Typical application includes laboratory and analytical instrumentation: spectrophoto-meters, chromatographs, mass spectrometers, and, potentiostatic and amperostatic coulometry, instrumentation: picoammeters and coulombmeters, transimpedance amplifier(TIA) for photodiodes, ION, chambers and working electrode measurements, high impedance buffering for chemical sensors and capacitive sensors.
- Low input bias current: ±250fA max at -40°C <lt/> T A <lt/> +125°C (guaranteed at production test)
- Low offset voltage of ±50µV maximum over specified CMRR range
- Offset voltage drift of +0.13µV/°C typical, ±0.5µV/°C maximum
- Integrated guard buffer with 100µV maximum offset
- Low voltage noise density of 14nV/√Hz at 10KHz
- Wide bandwidth of 2MHz unity-gain crossover
- Supply voltage of 4.5V to 16V (±2.25V to ±8V)
- Long-term offset voltage drift (10,000 hours) of 0.5µV typical
- 8 lead NSOIC package
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to 125°C
