Product Overview
ADF4360-4 is a fully integrated integer-N synthesizer and voltage-controlled oscillator (VCO). It designed for a centre frequency of 1600MHz. In addition, a divide-by-2 option is available, whereby the user gets an RF output of between 725MHz and 875MHz. Control of all the on-chip registers is through a simple 3-wire interface. This device operates with a power supply ranging from 3V to 3.6V and can be powered down when not in use. It is used in applications such as wireless, handsets (DECT, GSM, PCS, DCS, WCDMA), test equipment, wireless LANs, CATV equipment.
- Output frequency range from 1450MHz to 1750MHz
- 1.8V logic compatibility, integer-N synthesizer
- Programmable output power level, 3-wire serial interface
- Analog and digital lock detect, hardware and software power-down mode
- In-band phase noise is -85dBc/Hz typical at (AVDD = DVDD = VVCO = 3.3V ± 10%)
- REFIN input current is ±100µA maximum at (AVDD = DVDD = VVCO = 3.3V ± 10%)
- Spurious signals due to PFD frequency is -65dBc typical at (AVDD = DVDD = VVCO = 3.3V ± 10%)
- Operating temperature is -40°C to +85°C, package style is 24-lead LFCSP
