Product Overview
ADG782 is a monolithic CMOS device containing four independently selectable single-pole/single throw (SPST) switches. These switches are designed on an advanced submicron process that provides low power dissipation and high switching speed, low on resistance, low leakage currents and high bandwidth. This is designed to operate from a single 1.8V to 5.5V supply, making them ideal for use in battery powered instruments and with the new generation of DACs and ADCs from Analog Devices. Fast switching times and high bandwidth make the part suitable for video signal switching. Each switch conducts equally well in both directions when ON. Typical applications are battery powered systems, communication systems, sample hold systems, audio signal routing, video switching, mechanical reed relay replacement.

- TTL/CMOS compatible, low on-resistance flatness
- CMOS construction ensures low power dissipation
- Fast tON/tOFF, break-before-make switching
- On resistance RON is 2.5 ohm typ (at VS=0V to VDD, IS=–10mA, +25°C, VDD=5V±10%, GND=0V)
- Input current is 0.005µA typ (at VIN=VINL or VINH, VDD=5V ± 10%, GND=0V, 25°C)
- Bandwidth (–3dB) is 200MHz typ (RL=50 ohm, CL=5pF, VDD=5V ± 10%, GND=0V, 25°C)
- 20-lead frame chip scale package [LFCSP-WQ]
- Temperature rating range from -40°C to +85°C
