Product Overview
HMC907APM5E is a GaAs MMIC pHEMT distributed power amplifier which operates between 0.2GHz and 22GHz. This self-biased power amplifier provides 14dB of gain, +40dBm output IP3 and +28dBm of output power at 1dB gain compression while requiring only 350mA from a +10V supply. Gain flatness is excellent at ±0.7dB from 0.2GHz to 22GHz making the device ideal for EW, ECM, radar and test equipment applications. It is widely used in applications such as test instrumentation, military & space etc.
