Product Overview
HMC998APM5E is a GaAs pHEMT MMIC distributed power amplifier. This exhibits a slightly positive gain slope from 3 to 17GHz making it ideal for military and space and test equipment applications. This amplifier I/O is internally matched to 50 Ohms. Typical application includes test instrumentation, military & space, fibre optics.
