Product Overview
LT6201 is a dual 165MHz, rail-to-rail input and output op-amp. This amplifier combines very low noise with a 145MHz gain bandwidth, 44V/µs slew rate and are optimized for low voltage signal conditioning systems. A shutdown pin reduces supply current during standby conditions and thermal shutdown protects the part from overload conditions A shutdown pin reduces supply current during standby conditions and thermal shutdown protects the part from overload conditions. This single amplifier optimized for higher gain applications resulting in higher gain bandwidth and slew rate. This amplifier can be used as plug-in replacements for many high speed op-amps to improve input/output range and noise performance. Applications include transimpedance amplifiers, low noise signal processing, active filters, Rail-to-Rail buffer amplifiers, driving A/D converters.

- 145MHz typical gain bandwidth product (Frequency = 1MHz, VS = 5V)
- 44V/µs typical slew rate (VS = 5V, AV = –1, RL = 1k, VO = 4V)
- 165ns typical settling time (0.1%, VS = 5V, VSTEP = 2V, AV = –1, RL = 1k)
- 8 lead plastic SO package, operating temperature range from -40°C to 85°C
