LTC2656BIFE-H16#PBF

LTC2656BIFE-H16#PBF is an octal 16bit rail-to-rail DAC with a precision integrated reference. LTC2656-H has built-in high-performance, rail-to-rail, output buffers and is guaranteed monotonic. LTC2656-H has a full-scale output of 4.096V with the integrated reference and operates from a 4.5V to 5.5V supply. Each DAC can also operate with an external reference, which sets the DAC full-scale output to two times the external reference voltage. This DAC communicates via a SPI/MICROWIRE™ compatible 4-wire serial interface which operates at clock rates up to 50MHz. It incorporates a power-on reset circuit that is controlled by the PORSEL pin. If PORSEL is tied to GND the DACs reset to zero-scale. If PORSEL is tied to VCC, the DACs reset to mid-scale. Applications include mobile communications, process control and industrial automation, instrumentation, automatic test equipment, and automotive.

• Power supply rejection ratio is -80dB typical at (VCC ±10%, TA = 25°C. VCC = 2.7V to 5.5V)
• Supply current is 3.1mA typical at (VCC = 5V, internal reference on)
• Output voltage noise is 8µVP-P typical at (0.1Hz to 10Hz, internal reference)
• Industrial temperature range from -40°C to 85°C, 20-lead thermally enhanced TSSOP package
