LTC6240CS5#TRMPBF is a single channel, low noise, low offset, rail-to-rail output, unity gain stable CMOS op-amp that features 1pA of input bias current. Input bias current is guaranteed to be 1pA max on the single device. This op-amp has an output stage that swings within 30mV of either supply rail to maximize the signal dynamic range in low supply applications. The input common mode range extends to the negative supply. It is used in applications such as photo diode amplifiers, charge coupled amplifiers, low noise signal processing, medical instrumentation and high impedance transducer amplifier.

• Slew rate is 10V/μs typical at ( AV = -2, RL = 1kohm)
• Settling time is 1100ns typical at (VSTEP = 2V, AV = -1, RL = 1kohm, 0.1%)
• Operating temperature is 0°C to 70°C, package style is 5-lead plastic TSOT-23
