The Powerline 8 from Ansmann is an intelligent desktop battery charger that is suitable for recharging up to 8x AA/AAA batteries with either NiCd or NiMH chemistry. The charger features microprocessor control and individual monitoring of each cell, ensuring each battery is charged to maximum capacity. Once batteries are fully charged the controller will switch to trickle charging, meaning batteries can be left in place until needed. The Powerline 8 also utilises a Discharge function that can refresh batteries that have been kept in long-term storage, allowing you to maximise their potential.
