ICF30L45N22M1IO is an ICF series full metal inductive proximity sensor with IO-Link communication. It is an inductive sensor with full stainless steel housing. On-board IO-Link communication opens up many possibilities, such as easy configuration and setup of the devices and advanced parameter setting. Moreover, specific cyclic process data are available to monitor the detection quality, allowing timely and predictable maintenance scheduling to prevent machine downtime. It has a long thread length. Application includes on contact detection of metal objects in general position-sensing and presence-sensing in industrial applications, machine tool, food and beverage, agriculture, metal working and pharmaceutical, particularly suitable in applications where high mechanical resistance to impact and resistance to aggressive cleaning processes using chemical agents are required.
- M30 housing, housing with thread length of 45mm, non-flush detection principle
- 22mm sensing distance, M12 plug cable connection, IO-link communication
- Onboard advanced microcontroller ensures better stability with respect to environmental influences
- Cylindrical housing with threaded barrel, less machine downtime, easy to install, high precision
- Electrical outputs can be configured as PNP/NPN/Push-pull, normally open or normally closed
- Adjustable sensing distance and hysteresis, temperature monitoring
- Target position monitoring, find my sensor function-easily identify and locate sensor on the machine
- Timer functions can be set, such as switch-on and switch-off delay
- Fully configurable via IO-Link v1.1, easy customization to specific OEM requests
- Operating ambient temperature range from -40° to +85°C
