Product Overview
CY7C65223D-32LTXI is a USB-dual UART with flow control. It integrates BCD, which is compliant with the USB battery charging specification Rev. 1.2. It integrates a voltage regulator, oscillator, and flash memory for storing configuration parameters. It also supports bus-powered and self-powered modes, and enables efficient system power management with suspend and remote wake-up signals. This USB-dual UART with flow control is widely used in medical/healthcare devices, point-of-sale (POS) terminals, test and measurement system, gaming systems set-top box PC-USB interface, industrial, networking, enabling USB connectivity in legacy peripherals etc.
