Product Overview
AP2114H-3.3TRG1 is a CMOS process low dropout linear regulator with enable function, the regulator delivers a guaranteed 1A (min) continuous load current. The AP2114 features low power consumption. Applications include LCD monitor, LCD TV, STB.
- Stable with 4.7μF flexible cap: ceramic, tantalum and aluminium electrolytic
- OTSD protection
- Supply voltage range from 2.5 to 6V
- Output voltage is 3.3V typ at VIN =4.3V, 1mA ≤ IOUT ≤ 30mA, TA= 25°C
- Maximum output current is 1A min at VIN =4.3V, VOUT=3.25V to 3.35V
- Dropout Voltage is 450mV typ at IOUT=1A, TA= 25°C
- Quiescent current is 65μA typ at VIN=4.3V, IOUT=0mA, TA= 25°C
- Power supply rejection ratio is 65dB typ at f=100Hz, ripple 1Vp-p, VIN=4.3V, IOUT=100mA
- SOT-223 package
- Temperature range from -40 to +85°C
