Product Overview
ECS-RTC-3225-5699HS real time clock module (I²C-Bus) with built in 32.768KHz TCXO. It supports calendar (year, month, day, hour, minute, second), clock and timer functions. It features low frequency resonator, extended temp range.
- Power supply voltage is 2.5V to 5V (normal mode)
- Power supply voltage is 1.6V to 5V (VDD=VBAT)
- Backup battery is 1.6V to 5V (VBAT)
- Current consumption IDD is 0.5µA battery supply
- Stability ±5ppm (-40 to +85°C)
- Oscillation start time 1S at +25°C
- Aging is ±3ppm per year, duty cycle is 60%
- Temperature sensor accuracy is ±5°C
- Operating temperature is -40 to +85°C
