FTC262-BA44J1 is a capacitance point level detection minicap. It is a simple and cost-effective rod probe for point level detection in bulk solids, particularly suited to applications involving aggressive media and heavy build-up. It is designed for point level detection of light bulk solids.
- ATEX II 1/2D Ex ia/tb [ia Da] IIIC Da/Db approval, thread EN10226 R1-1/2, PPS process connection
- 2500mm/98in L, steel HD-PE insulated probe length, relay 20 to 253VAC/20 to 55VDC switch output
- Simple mounting and commissioning without calibration
- Mechanical safety, cost-efficiency and long operating life due to no wearing parts
- High operational safety and reliability due to active build-up compensation
- εr ≥ 1.5 measuring range, 0.8s switching delay when free or covered
- Protection class to EN 61010-1 (class II)
- PNP transistor output relay output (potential-free change-over contact / SPDT) communication
- Process pressure range from -14.5 to 90psi, aluminium housing material
- Ambient temperature range from -40°C to +80°C
