250PDIG is a digital hot plate constant temperature soldering station. This preheating hot plate station is suitable for de-soldering LED lamp beads, PCB disassembly, chemical experiments, chip disassembly, tinning of wires, mould preheating, chip preheating, etc. Using this hot plate allows the temperature of the board's substrate material to be raised to the correct working temperature, ensuring perfect soldering operations without the risk of damage to the board from thermal shock. This unit uses a high-quality aluminium alloy heating plate, the surface is treated with diamond wire drawing, resulting in a smooth and wear-resistant surface. Intelligent constant temperature, high temperature heating is safer and is more reliable. The PID digital temperature controller with two digital displays showing set temperature and actual temperature.
