Product Overview
BGB707L7ESDE6327XTSA1 is a general-purpose LNA MMIC with integrated ESD protection and active biasing. It is a high-performance low-noise amplifier (LNA) MMIC based on Infineon’s silicon germanium carbon (SiGe: C) bipolar technology. Potential applications are Satellite navigation systems (e.g. GPS, GLONASS, BeiDou, Galileo), Wireless communications: WLAN 2.4GHz and 5-6GHz bands, broadband LTE or WiMAX LNA, ISM applications like RKE and smart meter, as well as for emerging wireless applications such as DVBTerrestrial.
- Qualified for industrial applications according to the relevant tests of JEDEC47/20/22
- Integrated ESD protection: 2kV HBM at all pins
- Supply voltage range from 1.8V to 4V
- Supply current in on-mode is 2.1mA typical at (VCC = 3V, TA = 25°C)
- Minimum noise figure is 0.4dB typical at (IC = 2.1mA, VC = 3V, f = 150MHz)
- Transducer gain is 17dB typical at (IC = 2.1mA, VC = 3V, f = 150MHz)
- Output 1dB gain compression point is 3.5dBm typical at (VC = 3V, f = 150MHz)
- Output 3rd order intercept point is 2dBm typical at (VC = 3V, f = 150MHz)
- Maximum power gain is 31.5dB typical at (IC = 2.1mA, VC = 3V, f = 150MHz)
