IKWH75N75EH7XKSA1 is a 650V, 75A IGBT with anti-parallel diode in TO-247-3 HCC package. It features high-speed switching and low saturation voltage, based on 750V TRENCHSTOP™ IGBT7 technology, co-packed with a soft, fast-recovery emitter-controlled 7 diode. Typical applications include industrial UPS systems, EV charging, string inverters and energy storage systems (ESS).
