IKZA40N120CH7XKSA1 is a high speed 1200V TRENCHSTOP™ IGBT7 device copacked with a full rated current, soft-commutating, ultra-fast recovery and low Qrr emitter controlled 7 Rapid diode. Typical applications include industrial UPS, EV charging, string inverter and welding.
- VCE = 1200V, IC = 40A
- Maximum junction temperature Tvjmax = 175°C
- Low saturation voltage VCEsat = 1.7V at Tvj = 25°C
- Optimized for high efficiency in high speed hard switching topologies
- Easy paralleling capability due to positive temperature coefficient in VCEsat
- Available in a 4 pin TO-247 package
- Qualified for industrial applications according to the relevant tests of JEDEC47/20/22
