MD-GSK-S05-500-P5-I is a mineral insulated type K thermocouple – 0.5mm GHJ. It is a fast response type K thermocouple with grounded hot junction, 310 stainless steel sheath, threaded pot seal and tails. 310 stainless steel provides good corrosion and oxidation resistance to suit a wide range of processes, satisfactorily operates in sulphur bearing atmospheres. Typical applications include brick & cement kilns, glass industry, heat treatment and annealing furnaces, power stations, flues, heat exchangers etc. Termination is 100mm PFA PTFE twin twisted 7/0.2mm tails, +green/-white colour coded in accordance with IEC 584-3.
