MAX4201EUK+T

The MAX4201EUK+T is an ultra high-speed, low noise, open loop buffer in 5 pin SOT-23 package. This low power single buffer has high slew rate, high output current and excellent capacitive load driving capability. It has an integrated 50 ohm termination resistor making it ideal for driving 50 ohm transmission lines. It uses a proprietary architecture to achieve up to 780MHz -3dB bandwidth, 280MHz 0.1dB gain flatness and 4200V/µs slew rate. The low-noise performance makes this buffer suitable for driving high-speed analogue to digital converter (ADC) inputs. This device is used in high-speed DAC buffers, high-speed ADC input buffers, digital transmission line drivers and wireless LANs.
