GRT21BR61E226ME13L is a GRT series AEC-Q200 compliant chip ceramic capacitor for automotive(infotainment/confort) and industrial equipment. This series is designed for use in car multimedia, car interior, car comfort application and general electronic equipment. It is not appropriate for use in applications critical to passenger safety and car driving function (e.g. ABS,AIRBAG, etc.) Also used in medical equipment (GHTF A/B/C) except for implant equipment.
- Sn plating is applied to the external electrodes, excellent solderability
- 22µF capacitance, ±20% capacitance tolerance
- 0805 (2012 metric) size, X5R dielectric characteristic
- Operating temperature range from -55°C to 85°C
- 25V voltage rating (DC)
