Product Overview
TL431AQDBZR,215 is an adjustable precision shunt regulator. Three-terminal shunt regulator family with an output voltage range between Vref = 2.495V and 36V, to be set by two external resistors. The applications include a shunt regulator, precision current limiter, precision constant current sink, and isolated feedback loop for switch mode power supply (SMPS).
- Programmable output voltage, normal pinning configuration
- Reference voltage range from 2470 to 2520mV (VKA = Vref; IK = 10mA, Tamb = 25°C)
- Reference voltage variation is 17mV typ (Tamb = -40°C to 125°C)
- Reference current variation is 0.8μA typ (Tamb = -40°C to 125°C)
- Minimum cathode current is 0.4mA typ (Tamb = -40°C to 125°C)
- Off-state current is 0.1μA typ (VKA = 36V; Vref = 0, Tamb = 25°C)
- 3 leads SOT23 package, operating temperature range from -40°C to 125°C
