- Low IQ, high PSRR and high current LDO in 8 pin MSOP package
- High performance LDO with 400mA continuous output
- Excellent transient response to large current steps
- Excellent load regulation of <lt/>0.1% voltage change across full range of load current
- Very high PSRR of 75dB at 1kHz
- Very low quiescent current of 50µA
- Low output noise typically 30µVRMS at 100µA (2.5V)
- Stable with 1µF to 10µF ceramic capacitors
- Shutdown pin turns off LDO for 1µA (max) standby current
- Soft-start to limit input current surge during enable
