Product Overview
BD900N1WEFJ-CE2 is a linear regulator using the Nano Cap™ topology. It is designed as low current consumption product for power supplies in various automotive applications requiring a direct connection to the battery. This device is designed for up to 45V as an absolute maximum voltage and to operate until 150mA for the output current with low current consumption 28μA (typ). This can regulate the output with a very high accuracy ±2%. The output capacitor 100nF (typ) or more can be used for this product series, and it can realize a brilliant transient characteristic even with small capacitance. This device features integrated over current protection to protect the device from a damage caused by a short-circuiting or an overload. It also integrates thermal shutdown protection to avoid damage by overheating and under voltage lockout to avoid false operation at low input voltage. It is used in applications such as automotive (power train, body ECU), car infotainment systems, etc.
