Product Overview
SHT40I-HD1B-R2 is a 4th generation, high-accuracy, ultra-low-power, 16-bit relative humidity and temperature sensor at different accuracy classes. Its I²C interface provides several preconfigured I²C addresses and maintains an ultra-low power budget. The power-trimmed internal heater can be used at three heating levels thus enabling sensor operation in demanding environments. The four-pin dual-flat-no leads package is suitable for surface mount technology (SMT) processing and comprises an optional on-package patented PTFE [1] membrane or a removable protection cap.
- Relative humidity accuracy up to ±1.0%RH, supply voltage range from 1.08V to 3.6V
- Average current is 0.4µA (at meas. rate 1Hz), idle current is 80nA
- I2C FM+, CRC checksum, multiple. I²C address
- Patented on-package PTFE membrane, fully functional in condensing environment
- Temperature accuracy is up to ±0.1°C, variable power heater
- NIST traceability, JEDEC JESD47 qualification
