EFM8BB10F4I-A-QFN20 is an EFM8 Busy Bee 8bit microcontroller (MCU) that is built on top of a low power platform and operate at 25MHz. It includes 4KB flash, 0.5KB RAM, 16 Dig I/O pins, 4 x 16bit timers, 3 PCA channels, -40 to 125°C temperature range, industrial grade, 3x3 QFN20 package, and additional communication peripherals. It offers high-value by integrating advanced analogue and communication peripherals into small packages, making them ideal for space-constrained applications. With an efficient 8051 core, enhanced pulse-width modulation, and precision analogue, the EFM8BB1 family is also optimal for embedded applications. Typical applications are motor control, consumer electronics, sensor controllers, medical equipment, lighting systems, I/O port expander.
