This new range of function/arbitrary waveform generators from Tenma use direct digital synthesis to produce accurate and stable waveform output with resolutions as low as 1µHz. They are economic, high performance and multi-functional dual-channel generators, and can generate accurate, stable, pure and low-distortion output signals. Convenient operational interface, superior technical indicator and a user-friendly graphical display can help you finish tasks faster and improve work efficiency. - Sine wave output of 20MHz/10MHz/5MHz, full frequency range resolution is 1µHz
- Square wave/pulse waveform of 5MHz, rising, falling and duty cycle time are adjustable
