Product Overview
HMC465LP5E is a GaAs MMIC PHEMT distributed driver amplifier which operate between DC and 20GHz. The amplifier provides 15dB of gain, 3dB noise figure and +25dBm of saturated output power while requiring only 160mA from a +8V supply. Gain flatness is excellent at ±0.5dB as well as ±4deg deviation from linear phase from DC - 10GHz making the HMC465LP5(E) ideal for OC192 fibre optic LN/MZ modulator driver amplifiers as well as test equipment applications. This amplifier I/Os are internally matched to 50 Ohms. Typical application includes OC192 LN/MZ modulator driver, microwave radio and VSAT, test instrumentation, military EW, ECM and C³I.
