DT1446-04S-7

DT1446-04S-7 is a low-capacitance TVS diode array. It is a high-performance device suitable for protecting four high-speed I/Os and one VCC. It has high ESD surge capability and low capacitance. It is typically used for high-speed ports such as USB 2.0, IEEE1394, HDMI, laptop and personal computers, flat panel displays, video graphics displays, and SIM ports.

• IEC 61000-4-2 (ESD): ±19kV air, ±16kV contact
• Low channel input capacitance of 0.55pF max
• Peak pulse current per IEC 61000-4-5 is 4.7A at I/O to VSS, 8/20µs, TA = +25°C
• Operating voltage (DC) is 6V at VCC to VSS, TA = +25°C
• Reverse working voltage is 5.0V max at VCC to VSS, TA = +25°C
• Forward clamping voltage is 0.8V typ at IF = 15mA, VSS to VCC, TA = +25°C
• Reverse clamping voltage is 8.5V typ at IPP =4.7A, I/O to VSS, 8/20µs, TA = +25°C
• Dynamic resistance is 0.14ohm typ at TLP, 20A, tp = 100ns, VCC to VSS, TA = +25°C
