STPS200170TV1 is a high-voltage power schottky rectifier. This high-voltage Schottky rectifier is suited for high-frequency switch-mode power supplies. It is packaged in ISOTOP. This device is intended for use in the secondary rectification of applications.

- Good trade-off between leakage current and forward voltage drop
- Repetitive peak reverse voltage is 170V at Tamb = 25°C
- Forward rms current is 200A at Tamb = 25°C
- Repetitive peak avalanche power is 7400W at tp = 10μs Tj = 125°C
- Maximum operating junction temperature is 150°C
- Reverse leakage current is 200µA max at Tj = 25°C, VR = VRRM
