CIPOS Tiny Intelligent Power Modules

The energy-efficient CIPOS™ Tiny is a family of advanced IPMs (Intelligent Power Modules) developed with a focus on higher module efficiency and long-term reliability. The combined benefits of advanced trench IGBT technology and optimized package design have enabled us to achieve best-in-class efficiency and improved reliability, along with minimized system size and cost.

3-phase IGBT configuration including gate driver
Integrated bootstrap functionality
Fully isolated thermally enhanced package
Low VCE(on) TRENCHSTOP™ IGBT technology
Both Single / Dual-in-line transfer molded package available
Under-voltage lockout for all channels
Single platform possible from 6 A to 20 A
Compact package, allowing for reduced PCB space
