EVAL6EDL04I06PTTOBO1 is an evaluation-board for 600V full bridge 3 phase gate driver Ics. Evaluation-board for 6EDL04I06PT - full bridge 3 phase gate driver IC with LS-SOI technology to control power devices like MOS-transistors or 600V IGBTs. Suitable for home appliances, motor control and drives, industrial heating and welding, Uninterruptible power supply (UPS) and solar energy systems applications.
- Thin-film-SOI-technology, CMOS and LSTTL compatible input (negative logic)
- Separate control circuits for all six drivers and maximum blocking voltage +600V
- Signal interlocking of every phase to prevent cross-conduction
- Detection of over current and under voltage supply
- Space saving package and improved energy efficiency
- Over-current detection with shunt voltage measurement, latch and reset functionality
- Under voltage lock out and bootstrap functionality for high side IGBTs
- 15V supply, reset, high voltage supply, external load
- Status LED for 15V supply, ready, fault and overcurrent status
- DC link capacitor and use of the Internal ultra fast bootstrap diodes of the 6EDL04I06PT
