Product Overview
Accelerate RF amplifier design using MRF101AN RF essentials kit. Using MRF101AN, a 100W RF power LDMOS transistor designed in an easy-to-use TO-220 package, the RF essentials kit helps accelerate PA design. Reference circuit examples are available for various applications with frequencies ranging from 1.8 to 250MHz. Typical applications include amateur radio. broadcast, industrial, scientific, medical (ISM), RF energy and switch mode power supplies.
