EBC10298 is a 65W, 24V primary‑side regulation GaN‑SiP evaluation board. It is designed to demonstrate high‑accuracy constant‑voltage regulation, high efficiency, and optocoupler‑less operation for industrial and home power applications. The platform showcases ±3% CV performance, low standby power, and stable operation across a wide AC input range. The board features the RRW2111x PSR GaN SiP, which integrates a 700V GaN FET with a digital PSR controller to deliver best‑in‑class power capability, supporting up to 65W. The RRW2111x is optimized to operate with the synchronous rectification (SR) controllers of the iW673 and iW676 (with AVP option) to achieve high efficiency (over 94%) and robust dynamic load behaviour.
